Durham Club Shop

I hate this lion crack, it’s nothing to do with Durham. All the old stuff with the embroided Durham badge on is great
Does the lion thing have anything to do with the fact that there was a lion park at Lampton just across from the Riverside ?
The club hasn’t even got a name for the T20 side either. Dynamos then jets now just Durham which I guess is fine. The for the north stuff irritates me mind
Strange that the T20 side are not called Durham Lions given that that image is all over ( most ) of the merch
Is it still really badly stocked?

Ive just had a look online and most of the replica gear is out of stock or only available in junior sizes? Same as every year and the season has barely started!

Is the shop at the ground any better?
Badly stocked ? .....depends what you are after
The answer is "no" if you want a 2025 Yearbook for £10
...or a 2024 Yearbook also for £10
..or even a Yearbook from 2023, 22, 21 or 20 which are also bizarrely being sold at the same price as the current one. Who realistically wants a yearbook from 2021 etc ?

First question, no can’t be, I have joked about that before

Also grew up at school there with the rumour that a lion escaped down the front street

No if true

aye its never great inside the shop, think there was a few sizes in of the T20 shirt, the Gilet only had about 3 Mediums in, when you look online thats the only size available too, so i assume whats in the shop is whats online really,

Glad i ordered the bairns training top when it came out, as had i waited until nearer her birthday it would have gone, wouldnt care the training gear is mostly off the shelf stuff from canterbury that they print durham on
The new gear comes out in November. Most of it is sold by December 25th.

Buying the kit in April and expecting it to still be available, makes it hardly surprising not a lot left maybe.

I find it very surprising.

I'd expect that in the weeks before a season starts would be prime demand for any sports team.

First home game of the season should be a great day for club shop sales.
