Don't really agree but wondering what's happened to mustard jnr as he wasn't keeping wicket for the 2nds recently
 
Just in. Cheating wankers. We saw it carry, the player saw it carry. How the umpire behind the stumps. , think it was Saggers, didn't see it stump me. Shut the fuckets up though.
 
What is it with Durham supporters that they hate the Yorkshire fans so much? Is it because of Colin Graves and the ECB from years and years ago. If it is, then I agree, that Durham were well and truly shafted by the ECB, but that was not the YCC supporters fault. Colin Graves has also shafted YCC by getting them into a massive debt and screwing them for £1m a year in interest charges, so personally I have every sympathy with Durham as the same thing happened to us.

No, it’s just the way they go on at our place, don’t think people hate them as a collective but they’re incredibly annoying at the games
 
Didnt see any of it today due to being at work but sounds similar to the Warks game in that we had the upper hand then let them off the hook? Hopefully we can mop up their tail quickly tomorrow instead of allowing them to put on another 100 runs or so
 
Suppose we could have had Yorkshire out for less but just maybe the wicket has flattened out and turned into a good batting track. Hopefully. What concerns me most is not playing a recognised spin bowler. This has been discussed here before but once the ball has gone soft there's nothing much in it for the seamers. Therefore you need a decent spin bowler to tie things down at one end and you can rotate the seamers through the other end until the new ball is due. Presumably Parky has pissed on somebody's chips. I thought it strange that Dogger was bowling something like the 78th over, having been the pick of the bowlers and taken 4 for 69, but would not have the use of the new ball whereas Potts 0 for 65 will. Doesn't make sense to me.

Was bloody freezing today and it's supposed to be even colder tomorrow but just by the odd one degree.

my memory is shite, BDL played a lot didn’t he last year? With him not here it creates an imbalanced side

I agree we need a spinner

All I’d say is Rhodes nipped in with a wicket today and one last week, decent balls too

I don’t particularly like playing no spinner though, and just having 4 medium right armers

Well my memory is even more shite as I've completely forgotten about BDL. He has been very useful in the past both with bat and ball in the CC. But seemingly he wants to concentrate on white ball cricket now which I find peculiar as, despite having not played any red ball cricket, he performed better in the CC than the T20 where he specialised in bowling wides.

Agreed looked a top red ball prospect

I guess the money for him in a non test playing nation is white ball
