Your response, not Bellion.Bellion
I hope his career amounts to nothing. Would serve him right and we can all be happy with the £10millThere’s been people slagging him off then next minute hope he does mint for Brighton so we get a big sell on fee![]()
Almost certainly. Is it not an April fool?
Short was a disaster here. But he spent money on any old shite so some supporters were over the moon.Oh aye. Let's just sit and praise Ellis Short shall we?
The man who watched over the club fall to the 3rd tier and consecutive relegations, while also in receipt of parachute payments.
The man who then sold the club to Donald and Methven and allowed the clubs parachute payments to be used towards the purchase.
What a f*cking hero![]()
He funded the club’s longest stay in the top-Short was a disaster here. But he spent money on any old shite so some supporters were over the moon.
We sell all our brightest talent to bigger clubs like Ipswich, Brighton, and Southampton. What's with this food chain crap?
We're currently 24th in the food chain, does this mean we can just go and sign any player we want from the food chain from 25 and below?
Load of f***ing crap.
And caused the club's worst period in it's historyHe funded the club’s longest stay in the top-
flight in my lifetime, I very much doubt anyone else will do that again.
They've been in the Prem for 8 years and are knocking on the door of the Champions League. Of course they're higher in the food chain, the same way that we could grab Connor Wickham from Ipswich when we were established in the Prem or even Jobe from Birmingham. What's with this food chain crap?

Which in turn seen us relegated to the 3rd tier for the longest time in our history. He funded the club’s longest stay in the top-

Most players go full tilt for clubs they have no future with all the time. It's called being on loan. He'll not be going full tilt for a club he no longer has a future at.
It's more plausible that Brighton asked for his game time to be restricted as part of the deal, considering he's just come back from a long term I jury and they'll want to protect their 10m investment.
Not sure that anybody is "happy" about losing him. But if the player won't extend his contract then it's the right thing to do. And the deal seems good to me, given the contract situation. Why on earth should we be happy for someone leaving to sign for Brighton whilst we're pushing for the PL and potentially being in a position to offer him a decent contract in the summer?
He's played a few games and gone at the first opportunity. Although I don't blame kids being attracted by the big money on offer.
Hopefully we see very little of him before the season is out though.
And brighton's owner pumped half a billion into the club. They made huge losses getting to where they are now.
Higher up the food chain ain't the.We sell all our brightest talent to bigger clubs like Ipswich, Brighton, and Southampton.
Know your place Sunderland.
Let's just go and take Middlesbrough and Birminghams best players right now, after all we're higher in the food chain. They've been in the Prem for 8 years and are knocking on the door of the Champions League. Of course they're higher in the food chain, the same way that we could grab Connor Wickham from Ipswich when we were established in the Prem or even Jobe from Birmingham.

Father in law to be and all round gobshiteHe's a Sunderland lad it wouldn't look good to brighton if he became half arsed, if we had other proper options as back up mundle no but the other options are le fee who we need central and Aleksic who he won't use
What's harte got to do with it
