Dan Neil

Aye, It did give me Honeyman vibes although I think Dan is a much better player.

It would have been interesting to see what Regis would have done with Samed if he was fit at the start of the season, given the lads CV, I'm sure many would have thought he could have started ahead of Neil and that could have led to a wider rotation of the midfield, but it hasn't worked out and the 3 have been flogged with little rest or time taken out when they've been out of form, which is the bigger problem over the captaincy for sure.
Infinitely.

Yeah, the Samed thing clearly hasn't panned out as anyone would have hoped.

You'd assume the first choice three might have been Samed deeper, with Jobe and Neil ahead of him. However, when Neil has played further forward he's looked very poor (which made a mockery somewhat of all of those defending his early season form by saying he was out of position), so there's a possibility Jobe and Rigg would have been the main pairing anyway.

Neil looks miles more effective in the deeper role than Samed has on his limited showings though.

As I've already said, it's my personal opinion. I've not claimed to be an insider and some folk are getting way too precious about my opinion on why he's been up and down this season whilst being given the armband.
His form being up and down has nothing to do with having the armband.

I suggested it may have added pressure to his game, not it being the sole reason he's been up and down. Its just his development, and being part of a footballer with dips in form.

He's not a strong leader on the the pitch as you can see that with your own eyes and that's when he's got the armband.

It's not even noteworthy stuff to go back and forth about, but again, some get way too defensive on here. It'll not be long before I get an insult (if it's not happened already) because someone can't handle a difference of opinion.
Fair one marra, the part about knowing him wasn't a sarcastic dig by the way, I've no idea - until now -whether you know him or not.

There does tend to be a lot of going round in circles on here to try to force others to share their viewpoint.

I think some were thinking I was having a go at Neil when I'm really not. I like the lad a lot and I hope he stays. He's got some great ability. Probably just needs to concentrate on his own game to iron out those little blips he has.

Looked like a soppy little school kid ready to take his ball home on Saturday when a few other senior players were having a go at him.

Even turned to Regis at one point as if to say "but Sirrrrrrr they're not listening to me."
Dear me, I think you're seeing what you want to see and not what's happening. It's ok to not rate him but there's no need to just make stuff up to suit your argument

Must have missed it... East Stand halfway line
Got amongst the penalty nonsense, showed the armband to Mundle etc, then afterwards gestured towards the touchline with a sorta "ha'way man" with a throw of the arms.

I dinnar, he just didn't seem to have any kind of authority or respect, and took some flack from the likes of Roberts and Browne earlier in the game. That silly failed pass to Hume in the first half when an easy ball to Roberts was on being one occasion. Easy break on and we needlessly turn the ball back over. Poor.

Don't see how that would work, Wolves just activated the buy clause from Man City for £4.3m on July 1st. With the 50% sell on clause, that means Wolves would need to sell for £9m just to make the money back they just paid, which of course would be pointless. So this sounds like rubbish to me.
As a Wolves fan I wouldn’t be against loaning him out.

He’s a good player but is nowhere near as good as Gomes or Andre. Both of which look to be staying at Molineux next season.
