Meph was terrible but gave it a go, Roberts did nothing but that's expected, Jobe wasn't great but tackled and on occasion kept possession.
 

He was very poor today by his standards, couldn't do anything right. Is he a poor player? No. Like the others they aren't robots they can't play well every week. This was a one off and will remain so unless we repeat the same mistakes and performance

Yes.

Can’t agree more with this.

Jobe and Neil are a weak midfield.

Jobe rarely has a decent match and Neil his hit and miss.

Jobe, Roberts and Neil seem undroppable to RLB.

I would drop all three in heartbeat next week.

Nothing much to replace them with but they need to know that poor performances mean a spell on the bench.

A one off. Haway mate. The 3-0 defeat was a first for the season but the performance was the culmination of weeks/months of dross

What's the point in starting Roberts thread every week, I don't expect anything from him. I do from Dan Neil, add to the fact I and others expect him to become a prem player meant that I felt it was a thread I was interested in posting. Plus jobe was categorically better than Dan Neil today, I could start one about his dramatic fall of form since early Jan but have preferred to have that discussion via posts in various other threads.

You speak of agenda and yet none will be found in my posting history, quite the opposite. You're talking daft as per normal when you darken my notification bell.

unfair. not about today’s performance which was pathetic, and other very recent performances have been poor, and tired.

but in the middle third of the season he’s been our driving force in the middle.
