Couldn't really see what happened from where I stand but just watched it back, and: it's weak. The lad has to be more commanding. Get his body right behind it, and he's not, he's going up in hope rather than expectation.

Never been one for writing off our players, and the lad needs bit of coaching here to get him back on track. Good keepers claim that every time, so the lad needs some help to work out what's going wrong and put it right.

That's poor, as was the Hull goal, but not fatal. Needs work, hopefully he gets it and comes back to prove some of us wrong.

I think he tried to catch it rather than punch it. That was a mistake

If people want to happy clap Patterson then that's up to them but if we want to become a better team then we need to sign a better keeper in the summer. Moore isn't the answer and I accept that. But Patterson is not a very good keeper.

His save wasn’t just decent or good it was absolutely spellbinding. It far supersedes any perceived error on their goal.

Not necessarily but he does need some coaching.

He thinks he's been impeded but he just half heartedly shrugs his shoulders and puts his hands up in the direction of the referee while sat on the floor. There's the problem. If you think you've had the shite end of the stick then don't accept it. Go and talk to the referee and ask him what the fuck is going on.

Needs to toughen up. Hopefully some coaching can sort that out.
