Apologies if this is a dumb question and it's already common knowledge, but when is it scheduled to be opened and is it looking like it's going to be on time?

Gotta admit, I was sceptical about the need for a footbridge over the river, but it does look like it's gonna be a superb addition to the city!

Can't think of one. I think that wobbly bridge in London was the highest but I don't know its specifics.

Google seems to suggest it's the London Millennium Footbridge as @Paddy O'Dors mentioned at 11m/35 feet and this bridge is summit like 30m/nearly 100 feet

I’ve done a thorough Google and ChatGPT and I’m confident enough to say our lovely new bridge should have a plaque reading: ‘Opened in 2025 as probably the tallest pedestrian bridge in the UK and maybe even Europe if you exclude suspension bridges’.
