Durham CCC

1 Lees
2 McKinney
3. Gay
4.Bedingham
5.Rhodes
6. Stokes
7. Robinson
8. Raine
9. Potts
10. Doggett
11 Parkinson

If not available - Ackermann for Stokes and Connors for Potts.
Rhodes offers a 4th seam option but bowling is still a bit bare without our England bowlers.Presumably North has seen something in Connors. Coughlin also an option when fit. Be exciting to see how Hogg and McAlinden have developed in the close season.Potentially, but optimistically,we could have a very potent attack

Throw young Minto into the mix with his left arm seam up could give us a more balanced attack. Thinking about that, this season maybe one to early for him but definitely play him in the 50 over games.

You also have De Leede who I would imagine is ahead of Coughlin, Conners etc in the queue. Plus Luke Robinson who was highly rated this time last year before injury ruled him out for most of the season.

Ridiculous scheduling sees our 2nd team championship not starting until 16th June by which time the first block of 6 championship games have been completed. How do our young reserve bowlers get any match preparation?

Aren’t they just playing more friendlies than actual games this year? So there’s a chance they have some friendlies to add to the schedule.
Do they usually bring them out early
Can’t say I’ve noticed for the CC ones. I’d assume they’ll be in the shop for the first game though. Maybe even the Uni game.

He'll play a c

Be very much down to Stokes himself but he'll rightly be very wary after 2 hamstring tears.
Especially when it comes to playing in the North in April in single fig temperatures. Sounds like a recipe for disaster to me. A warmup run out just before the test series, perhaps. Unless he makes do with the Zim game for that.
