Well Im definitely twisting about something little yes....I don't get the point, why create something that is going to be so rammed and horrendous for fans when you didn't need to? The space is there, it's a mechano set stadium, it didn't/doesnt need to be like that.

Given how important revenue is to PSR and what we can spend, its probably a sensible approach to look to maximise that where we can, so not really twisting about very little really

Got to my seat in the prem next to the NW corner upper, full of kids with parents. The club couldn’t even be arsed to open up the north west concourse, saw loads of pissed off parents having to walk to the middle of the prem concourse for chips, then back up three flights of steps and along half a stand.

Also, the posh bits look like something from an old peoples home. Too much wood and carpet everywhere. Very dated.

If the club can’t even be arsed to pay a couple of staff for a few hours work, they clearly aren’t going to be arsed about giving the SOL a full renovation.

Because quite frankly it needs a full renovation

Admittedly I’ve not been up there for a couple of years, but I didn’t find there was much “premier” about the premier concourse.

It’s still much better in terms of general warmth and feel than the concourses below (West Stand aside maybe). This is what I was saying earlier doing some of the same stuff they have up there even though it’s just minor would make a positive difference, without the need to do anything major like pull walls down and turn them into airport departure lounges like some of these newer grounds. Just isn’t needed for how much they’re used.

Was going to say this, go to the likes of Leeds, Burnley, Sheff Wed, Portsmouth away then complain

I'm not sure.

I know they have regular stadium meetings to highlight issues. I sent over the pictures of the paint job in the toilets to add to the list for the next meeting.

My daughter and me were on hospitality last season in the directors lounge. It was nowt flash to be honest.

Drinks were not included although for our group, the Foundation picked up the tab. Others were having to pay which they didn't expect, including a competition winner who thought everything was included. The lad on the bar had only been in the job for about 15 minutes before people started coming in. The bar wasn't set up properly, glasses and stuff were missing. He'd been left on his own as the other lad had gone looking for a bottle opener and he was flustered. Ended up doing some calming stuff with him as he was getting himself into a right state - bless him! Food was ok but nothing amazing. We got the main course before the match then dessert was served at half time. You have to queue to get out of the stand. We got back to the lounge and by the time we'd ate the dessert and got back to our seat, we'd missed about 10 mins of the second half. We were in the front row of premier concourse and had a good view but there was no atmosphere up there.

Much prefer the museum and my own seat.

They just seem to get everything a little bit wrong don’t they? Actually no, the kits this year are things of beauty. Hopefully that’s the sign of things to come.

There’s so much room for improvement.

Their is a distinct lack not standard setting right across the club.
It's all make do and sometimes mend, and hope for the best.
