I think the rationale was that Aouchiche wanted more minutes so we've let him go on loan. Whereas Aleksic being younger might be happy playing a bit part at this stage.

Obviously the bigger issue is that RLB doesn't use/trust his bench enough.
 
Bad move loaning him out.
Should have given him more games,
From what I saw of him he is a good player just needed that run get his confidence up.
Can't see how you think he's not up to it we may rue letting him go back end of the season.

Perfect answer. Even if Aouchiche had stayed Le Bris would not select him to start games unless desperate. He would not sub him on until just a few minutes left to play. He clearly doesn't rate him and seemingly felt this way before. Pointless to have kept him. I think Aleksic is slightly baffling considering he looks ok when he comes on.
 
If it goes wrong for Le Bris, refusing to use players like Aouchiche or Aleksic (it's up to him to find a tactical use for the resources at his disposal) and putting the same team through the full 90 minutes every game will be a big reason. It's all very well saying we look fatigued- but we are playing teams that have been making 5 or so subs a game for the whole season, while we spent half of it making 1 or 2.

Right move all around as he would take minutes from Aleksic who we want to develop, looks like this is going to work out, as if he keeps this up, we will get money back for him.
 
Good loan out I hope they are at least paying some of the wages.

For a weird reason we played le fee there out of position with limited effect. The results show you that and worse still be played 90 ever week despite being unable to run late on in games,

We now have Mundle and Watson back at the same time. Watson should my be nowhere near a start in my opinion he’s miles off it. We are running out of time to get serious about how we play and what happens in the play offs, 9 games to be precise. Watson won’t have any impact in getting us promoted sadly.

Take what minutes from Aleksic? He doesn't even get on the pitch.

Aouchiche is still only 21/22 years old and signed a 4 or 5 year contract. Creative player to play as a number 10. Only player in our squad with similar attributes to play that role is Le Fée and he's injured. 🤷‍♂️ Should have kept him.

Why not? He was immense before his injury
 
Might be a daft question but would we have him back in the squad for the playoffs, or does the loan last until the whole season is finished? Think he would be a decent option to have on the bench for a couple games, RLB had hardly any attacking options to bring on against PNE
