He looks to be carrying a bit too much weight, he rarely communicates with his defence and seems to have a faraway look in his eyes, I am unsure what is going on with him.

This ^ he needs taking out for a spell, get a new coach working with him.

This is a thread regarding the keeper who should have comfortably dealt with the ball in. That’s what im going on about. He’s not at the required standard and his overall performances are not where they should be and he should be dropped immediately and should have been dropped for yesterday.

Eh. He's on the front post and jumps to meet the ball which is slightly too high for him - that's literally why he's on the front post, but he couldn't reach it. Patto on the other hand gets to use his feet and arms, is much bigger, and had full sight of the ball from the corner, and didn't take command of the situation of a ball literally being kicked straight into his hands at a very catchable height.

Not saying Patto covered himself in glory, far from it. Just Roberts is there to do a job. He had to jump a couple of inches (it was straight on his head) and didn’t.

Well it would put patto’s confidence on the low (er) side. But our no2 always needs a bit of confidence for when he is needed. I would “rest” him for a few before the play offs…..

There was nothing on him when he first broke into the team. People commented on it regularly on here. He's bulked up yes, but that doesn't mean he's overweight or that's the reason for the mistakes in the last two games.

Anyone can shout “keepers” and I’m sure they do…did Roberts know if there was a Hull player behind him? I don’t see many players on the post leaving that ball….IF in doubt.
