Patto

I like Patto me. Can only think of Johansson and Trafford who are better at this level. His kicking is shit too often mind. As long as he keeps improving I'm fine with him learning on the job being our first choice keeper.

I think the club see him as 1st choice till we we get a big enough bid for him to leave. I'd guess a first team ready replacement for Patto while he is still at the club will be pretty much bottom of the recruitment teams list for the summer, especially if we are still a Championship club come the end of the season

1) Shot stopping...tick
2) Ball distribution...X
3) Commanding area...X
4) Communication...X

One out of four, I for one thought he'd have at least 3 sussed by this time in his career.
24 years old...still time, but he's a slow learner. I have to say again that was some howler for the second goal against Leeds.

Do you think he would be here if he had all of them ?

Think he needs to discipline himself , piled the weight on & that in itself will have a affect
Decent shot stopper but he’s got a lot of weaknesses

What are the others ??? it’s not as easy as people thing getting a fist on a ball travelling at that speed with so much whip at full stretch it looks easy in slow motion
All basics of being a goalkeeper. Stop pretending they’re not. He gets handsomely rewarded and he can’t kick a ball straight

I’ve noticed that in some of the whatsapp groups and on the banter pages that people have started calling him “Patty” instead of “Patto”. Because it’s closer to “fatty”
