Their recent record is terrible but if they win the game in hand they are one point outside the play offs…. Best not write them off just yet.Carrick's got to be close to the chop. This league is shit and they're outside the play offs
Exactly what my mate has said tonight. Thanks for the good times, but ran out of ideas. Having Woodgate on the coaching staff isn't helping anyone eitherTwitter is never a particularly great barometer but noticed that Carrick was trending after the game and the sentiment of the Boro fans seems fairly similar to how some of us felt about Mowbray after Huddersfield at home last season. A certain level of fondness towards him because of some of the football they've played under him but a clear realisation that he's reached the end of the road there.
Look on the bright side though Red, at least Farage wasn’t invitedIt gets worse for us (Boro). Steve Gibson hasYou must be logged on to see external links
Have they had good times? Play offs the same year as us where the most they got in two games against Coventry was a corner.Exactly what my mate has said tonight. Thanks for the good times, but ran out of ideas. Having Woodgate on the coaching staff isn't helping anyone either![]()
Been saying this all along. Sure last 2-3 games carrick put out full 2nd strings resting the likes of akpom and archer for the play offs then they got mullered by an in form covHave they had good times? We’re not finished yet, but how Boro finished that season proper should be a warning to us if we go into the playoffs on the back of a few dead rubber matches.
Really ? Always thought of him as really unlikeableI like Carrick but his time must be up soon
Doesnt help him he has all his mates and hangers on as his backroom staff
Liked him as a player and when Boro got him i sort of wished we had gone for himReally ? Always thought of him as really unlikeable
Aye a good player, but even then I thought he came across as a bit of an arsehole.Liked him as a player and when Boro got him i sort of wished we had gone for him
However some of the shite he spouting after matches doesnt help himself

wutthey always seem to start poorly, go gang busters from the international break to Christmas
They’ve always had streaksThere's something about former players of Fergie who become managers. They're all dour, always wittering on about some injustice they've been on the wrong end of, never at fault and single-minded in their approach.
Carrick has some good ideas but hasn't improved or developed from an admittedly amazing start as a manger. Needs binning for his own good. Boro are ridiculously streaky so will find themselves caught in this cycle again if they don't take the decision now.
Tom cleverly seems ok to meThere's something about former players of Fergie who become managers. They're all dour, always wittering on about some injustice they've been on the wrong end of, never at fault and single-minded in their approach.
