Maybe, but by now we all know how risk averse Regis is.

Id had a similar thought, but about Rigg. Could see him suited to the more advanced role.I think might be Jobes replacement. Should probably have had more minutes like.
I remember the data when we were first linked indicated that he wasn't great at tackling or tracking back, so he'd be seen as a bit of a luxury unless we have an enforcer to shore things up.Id had a similar thought, but about Rigg. Could see him suited to the more advanced role.
Fair play to him for trying to hit that ball on the volley as well yesterdaygoal of the season if it had gone in. He backed himself.
I still don’t think Rigg leaving is a definitive, unlike Jobe he probably hasn’t outgrown the league yet so whilst he may develop elsewhere he wouldn’t get anywhere near the game time yet so if we’re still in the Championship I reckon he will be too.Feels like it's very much a Mundle situation with Aleksic. Assuming Rigg and Bellingham go in the summer, he's straight in with hopefully the same impact Romain had..
Guilt edged?Whilst I do see the merit of a Samed type player. Today was not the game for it. We needed as you suggested start with a more attack minded midfield.
That's two home games against bottom form clubs Regis starting lineup has been found wanting.
Saying all that though the chat would be diffetent if Wilson or Aleksic had put one of those guilt edge chances away.
He hasn't outgrown the league and I agree he needs another season but I think the offers in the summer will undoubtedly turn his head. I'm fully expecting a £50mil double sale of him and Jobe if we don't go up..I still don’t think Rigg leaving is a definitive, unlike Jobe he probably hasn’t outgrown the league yet so whilst he may develop elsewhere he wouldn’t get anywhere near the game time yet so if we’re still in the Championship I reckon he will be too.
This for me. Rigg looks way off the pace lately. He should start in place of Rigg on Wednesday night.
Wilson’s was a sitter.Guilt edged?
It was and he made a total arse of it,should have burst the net.Wilson’s was a sitter.
