Never was gonna happen
I’ve never tried to be honest.Aye, the minute you go up you get on the phone to Barclays and say “can we borrow £100m against the £100m we’ve got coming in”
Genuinely don't understand why clubs leave it until deadline daye; ffs I've posted in the wrong thead again
We are meeting halfway at an old unused petrol station. Both players bound and gagged. “You brought the money!?”If we want this lad from Brighton , he will be on his way up here now. Watson to Brighton seems to be they want him and we've come back and said yes, as a transfer but we want this lad from you as a loan with a buy option in the summer.. I'll wait for the Scarf pic.
Watch it suddenly come to life around 9ish and everyone is running around like blue arse flys. You must be logged on to see media items
he must never have been to Roker beach, his lossThe lad probably didn't want to come, quite understandably.
I agree to be honest. I thought he was excellent in the games he played, and the fact we moulded our attacks around a kid playing his first games, just shows what the experienced players he was training with could see in him.I'd much, much rather we kept him and tried to tie him down tbh. He's a phenomenal talent.
No one can blame him. Being farmed out so another young lad could come and try to take your place. Hardly a compelling offer! The lad probably didn't want to come, quite understandably.
Be amazed if that isnt one of watson's end game with this debacleNow offer him a decent contract![]()

I suppose he see's Jobe and Rigg playing every game, and thinks why not me? The lad just needs to be patient, he's as good as Mundle already so his time will come very soon, it's just that Mundle is higher in the pecking order... at the moment. I'm really glad he doesn't want to join Brighton, but asking for Adingra on loan was cheeky as fookNever understood the motivation from Watson.
Yes, there’s the PL, yes, there will no doubt be a boost in wage but there is FUCK ALL chance of him getting ahead of probably Mitoma and Adringa. He wouldn’t even make their bench.
If, as the noises, suggest he’s bothered about playing second fiddle to Mundle, what the fucks the point of not even getting on the bench aged 18 down there and playing in front of one man and his dog for their U23’s?
Source?I'm really glad he doesn't want to join Brighton
You know this or just making it up?ÂŁ8m up front, ÂŁ2m in guaranteed installments, ÂŁ2m on promotion.
Mundle is stronger and more direct, at this time.I suppose he see's Jobe and Rigg playing every game, and thinks why not me? If his market value is north of ÂŁ10 million any contract he signs should be reflecting this.Be amazed if that isnt one of watson's end game with this debacle
