Tommy Watson ( ...off to Brighton)

I have not read anywhere that Tommy wants to leave,and pushing to go.Anybody got a link stating this or made up shit.

Surely it depends what those improved terms are? He could be making outrageous demands for a new deal. I’d be amazed if we weren’t open to improving his terms to cover our own arses anyway.

It would be a poor move for the lad to jump ship now. He’ll likely be back playing u21s for the rest of the season and loaned out next season if he went to Brighton.

He’s not going to play though, is he? You get better by playing games. It is one hell of a step up. When you get there, you want to be ready for it and stay there. The kid has only played a handful of games.

Of course the terms are important and he's not yet in a position to ask for top dollar, but he has certainly shown his potential.

We are probably the best club for him to be at and he is what we need, so it's a bit of a Mexican stand off.

His only chance of playing PL football next season is with us. If he goes to Brighton, he is behind Mitoma and Adingra, plus whomever else then bring in.

Nah you're wrong mate, Brighton simply wouldn't be interested in signing a good young player.
Apparently Tommy Watson, Danny Graham and Pascal Chimbonda have kidnapped Kyril's mam and are holding her hostage in Ian Harte's basement. They are demanding he is the top paid player at the club and gets a guaranteed start for England ahead of Harry Kane.
