Watson is English, will count as homegrown, younger, and probably cheaper. Why doesn't he get in before Mundle?
Why do Brighton not want Mundle rather than Watson?

He would but we cannot give the money he’s been offered elsewhereIf Watson was given decent money and regular game time he would sign a contract
Mundle is homegrown tbfWatson is English, will count as homegrown, younger, and probably cheaper.

I think you'll find Mundle was born in London?Watson is English, will count as homegrown, younger, and probably cheaper.
I assumed he was french.Mundle is English.
He's probably regretting the move as it was a bad fit in the first place with Szmodics signing at the same time, and especially after today's result his future looks very bleak at Ipswich. I think he'd love to come back here and be the star of the show again, and oh boy, will he give it his best. I do think though, a lot depends upon what happens between now and Monday (ie Watson)Do you think his head would be in a good spot? Would he feel like a failure or see it as a chance to prove his value?
Because he's younger, got potential, probably cheaper, easier to develop, with only 18 months left on his deal. Why doesn't he get in before Mundle?

ok, then what's the rationale for a return not working out other than it being some sort of curse? That wouldn’t be short memories or fragile egos

Is Mundle Mongolian like?Watson is English, will count as homegrown, younger, and probably cheaper.
If he’s 4th choice and stinking the place out would make perfect sense to get his negativity out a struggling squad with low moral already.I still don't understand what Ipswich would get out of loaning Clarke to us? Save a little bit on wages is about it.
If Watson goes I think it'd be a great move mind, although I'd prioritise Mundle since he's our player.

He even came on today though, so it's not like he's been bombed out.If he’s 4th choice and stinking the place out would make perfect sense to get his negativity out a struggling squad with low moral already.
Nah, it's them or us for this season.Think it’s about squad space and registration. Not sure they can peddle Clarke to anyone else either, he’s not allowed three clubs in twelve months, is he?
