Watson is not better than Clarke this season, and that’s what this deal concerns. This season.i think watson will be better and mundle too
2 loans spots and why do you have such a downer on that? How many loan spots we got left cos that's all we will be getting if anything
I'd still argue he's good enough for the prem in the right team and right system. At the end of the day, if they aren’t planning to use him (bar a few times where they’d bring him on for 5 mins), then it makes sense to loan him to us where he’d be a starter every game when fit - certainly until Mundle gets fully fit in March/April time.
Even then he’d get more than 5 mins every couple of games.
This. It f***ing baffles me.
It strengthens the first team massively, he is top quality in this league and knows the majority of the squad.
It’s a no brainer if he’s up for it and there’s a deal possible.
Not to mention Rigg, Mundle & Mayenda from your list.I'd still argue he's good enough for the prem in the right team and right system.
If we have any chance of getting him back and making money on him, then we have to do it at all costs.
Clarke
Isidor
Jobe
Le Fee
Neil
Roberts
That is an outstanding midfield/attack for the championship
And he was brilliant against FulhamMy thoughts as well, brilliant in the Championship but doubt he'll make it in the Premier. Again that game against the mags he couldn't get past their full back once
This season though is one of our best chances of getting out of the league, neither are as good as Clarke at this moment.i think watson will be better and mundle too
If Clarke isn't thinking about his future and his development right now ...think he should be. Its another spurs type situation where the manager doesn't rate you enough
who says , people were saying the same about riggThis season though is one of our best chances of getting out of the league, neither are as good as Clarke at this moment.
Watson (if true) doesn't want to be here and won't sign a contract, so we have to take whatever we can get.
Must be looking for two then making isidor permanent rather than waiting till end of season can't see no other logicFor the matchday squad?

We have Mepham, Samed & Le Fee on loan.
The club obviously know and it seems weird he's only got 18 months left on his contract when the club seem quite proactive in tying players early nowif Watson goes, jobe in the summer , niel in the summer , le fee if wo don't go up and maybe Rigg too , suddenly the cupboard looks bare

Although decent players, only 2 of them have any sort of goal record and only one of them plays for us. If Clarke doesn't come, we need another goalscorer, if not two.I'd still argue he's good enough for the prem in the right team and right system.
If we have any chance of getting him back and making money on him, then we have to do it at all costs.

Clarke and Roberts went everywhere together when he was hereI'd still argue he's good enough for the prem in the right team and right system.

We have some crucial players down to last 18 monthsThe club obviously know and it seems weird he's only got 18 months left on his contract when the club seem quite proactive in tying players early now
If it’s two loans from the premier league that have a similar impact as Mepham I’d take that.Must be looking for two then making isidor permanent rather than waiting till end of season can't see no other logic
Philogene played 30 mins. Clarke is literally fourth choice. Mental. Why do Ipswich keep buying wingers for big money ?
Both Philogen and Clarke on the bench today and Broadhead starts once again . Clarke got on in the 88th minute , Philogen didn't even get a run out.
Do McKenna and their DOF have different opinions on what formation and type of player they require ?
How is it negative bollocks can you see us spending big money getting somebody in ? All stories about loaning players with an obligation to buy if we go up cannot see us spending any big money to bolster the squad to have a big push for promotionMore negative bollocks
