Sunderland Look Set To Miss Out

We wanted to see their ambitions this January.
Looks like we've spent the whole budget on le fee wages etc .
We needed more than that and I don't think we will get anyone else who is better and available to improve us instantly.
Just got to hope we keep everyone fit now and somehow make it to the Premier league or it's another massive rebuild next season to replace departing players in the summer.
Can't just keep doing this let's pay if we go up or loaning market .
We want to see someone bought permanently where we will say that's a cracking bit of business .
Tin hat on for the expected replies off the regular bullies on here but it's reality that it's been a pretty underwhelming window yet again when we have a brilliant chance of going up .
not like you to panic and start a negative thread on here

The negative squad piling in again.

Do they never tire of boring the arse off normal fans?

Like Leeds who have signed?

Like Burnley who have signed Ashley Barnes and Shelvey?

Like Sheffield United who have signed Canon and BBD. Are they actually any better than Moore and Tyrese Campbell? Debatable.

Like us who have signed Le Fee.
So we don't need anyone then?

By 1 whole goal 😂

we’ve got 1 player on this list. Burnley have 2, Leeds & Sheff Utd have 3.

Almost like the stats back up what’s obvious - we don’t have enough scorers.
People like you go on about us as if we’ve been a disaster for years and nothing but failure. We get you don’t like the club for personal reasons.

We have been a disaster for years really. We’ve been a disaster since we got relegated from the PL. For a club like Sunderland, anything outside of the PL isn’t good enough.

What do we need?

We’d have had cannon and bbd here, Burnley are getting Edwards by the looks of it. That’s the two teams above us signing decent players. It’s pretty straight forward. The argument is they had better squads in the first place, so we need to improve to match them.
Canon and BBD would have been back ups to Wilson. Poor long term signings.

We've took 4 points off Burnley, should have been 6, we'd have been above them if we'd scored a penalty or 2.

We have signed a player who might be able to shine in the Premier League. I'm happy with that.

He’s the Biggest wet flannel on here. Against Plymouth he had his very long opening gambit ready AS SOON as the final whistle blew, so he was clearly sat typing it out during the game. Then disappears when we win/sign the likes of Le Fee etc

The only thing I said after the Plymouth game was that we concede too many late goals and something has to change to stop that.

1) do you disagree?
2) how could I type that during the game considering we were 2-1 up until the 90th minute?

Leeds- 53
Sunderland- 42
Sheff Utd- 40
Burnley- 36

And yet we’re below them all in the table. Almost as though we need to score more if we’re going to concede at the current rate.

We’ve not won a game by more than 1 since October and only a few times all season.

You had it loaded and ready to go at 4:55pm. You tell me. You’re always there when things go wrong to have a moan. Everyone was disappointed. Not everyone carries on like you. You’ve got personal grievances you need to spare the rest of us from.

But you said the other teams have more goals. Clearly they don’t. So you’ve changed your tact. Make your mind up.

Jumping the gun a bit early, should wait until the window closes deadline day and around then normally sees movement, but truth be told I haven’t paid much attention I don’t think even the premier league teams are spending much, maybe Man City but I can’t think of many more 🤔
