Seems too good to be true but fingers crossed. On the flip side Jobe bought for 3 mill and likely sold for 25 mill so the model isn't always going to work but when it goes it works to big profit.

I like AA, but, he's really a 10 and we don't play with one of them. This means he's always playing out of position with the left sided number 8 position (for me) being the best fit for him, but, Jobe...
