There’s criticising and there’s criticising whilst going on like a complete dickhead like some in our fanbase.

I wasn’t happy with him for what happened, missing 3 chances, 2 of which were penalties but I’m not going to go over the top and abuse the lad. Shit happens, he needs our support.

It’s sport. Great sportspeople drop a bollock now and then , it happens it’s part of the psychological challenges of sport. But we have to have good grace to judge them over a longer period than 5 minutes.

Don’t stop people being emotionally engaged and upset for a time that’s also understandable as a fan, but to come on here and character attack a player when said poster has I hazard to guess not found anything wrong with him before now, says more about the fan than the player

Hope the lad puts last night behind him asap.

Being old school and not really an emotional person i could have done without seeing him going on the way he did after he final whistle, but let's hope his shoulders are broad enough to quickly get past those two penalty misses.

He hammed it up a bit, but it’s his character to play to the gallery. It’s a foreign thing not to have the stoicism in public we might expect.
Part of his character is to play the role of the extrovert, knock it out of him and some of that random brilliance might disappear with it.

You can’t force someone to take one mate but Mayanda was absolutely desperate to, and was brimming with confidence.

Behave yourself man. He was absolutely gutted, as was I after the game. I was just absolutely shell-shocked that we'd blown a golden opportunity to beat direct rival and leapfrog them into the top 2.

He clearly loves it here, and he knows that at the end of the season they might be costly misses.

Personally I think behind Isidore confident exterior he’s a pretty nervous player. He lacks sometimes composure in front of goal opting for blasting it.

That said I think he’s a great player and his movement and pace gets him in great positions and scares the shit out of defenders.

He’s not the finished article and has loads of scope for getting a better return.

With that in mind I’d have had someone like Jobe take the penalties. More composed and less stressed. You could see the panic in Isidores face on penalty one, so I’d have given the second to someone else.

I agree we'll not get someone as quick as him. I think he's a good striker, slightly better than 1 in 3 goals return as it stands. His pace is a real asset, he's often looking for a foul and gets outmuscled with his back to goal. Good player but if we can't get someone of similar ability to battle it out for a starting place, I don't think we'll get top two.

I know there's people who think he's exceptional and a great championship striker. I disagree but he has the potential to be.
