Keep seeing people saying awful penalties, both (2nd in particular) were great saves from the keeper imo, especially given just how hard Wilson hit them both.
If the 1st had been on the deck it beats the keeper.
2nd pen is a tougher height for the save and closer to the corner but the keeper goes early to the side and makes it look like a poor pen.

Still huge chances missed and Enzo 09 or Jobe should have taken the 2nd one.

It spoilt an otherwise brilliant performance from our young lads but it's done now. Just hope Isidor can pick himself up for Derby next week.

We can only hope that RLB and Isidor respond to things going wrong with the same determination and grace that you've displayed

There’s criticising and there’s criticising whilst going on like a complete dickhead like some in our fanbase.

I wasn’t happy with him for what happened, missing 3 chances, 2 of which were penalties but I’m not going to go over the top and abuse the lad. Shit happens, he needs our support.

Hopefully the young team learns from experiences like last night. Ive seen some more experienced teams handle stuff like that far better but that is the definition of experience.

Being old school and not really an emotional person i could have done without seeing him going on the way he did after he final whistle, but let's hope his shoulders are broad enough to quickly get past those two penalty misses.

He’s absolutely class as a player and an individual. Cast your mind back to the shite we’ve had who didn’t give a fu k about the club, fans , themselves , their careers or anything else for that matter.

I hope he sees the rest of his career out with us, as it’ll mean SAFC will be playing top half PL football

Great lad, missed a couple of pens, makes zero difference to me, still a very good striker for any level and we're lucky to have him. Keep the faith with a lad like that and I think we'll be handsomely rewarded with his performances in future.

I don’t blame Wilson for missing the second I blame Dan Neil and Luke o Nien for letting him take it.

All depends if someone else is feeling confident enough to take it I suppose mate. I asked on the match thread at the time why he was allowed but, having slept on it, you can’t force someone to.
For me, the one-on-one was the worst miss as he didn’t hit the target
