Le Fée’s debut performance

Will be the best player in the championship between now and the end of the season. So good in fact, he’ll be in the team of the season.

Thoughts?

For me, I thought you could see the quality was there, though maybe lacking in match fitness a touch.

I thought the chemistry wasn’t there with Cirkin yet, which I guess could be down to language barrier atm, and I think it will come with practice.

He looked to me like he will be better suited to a cm role, but it’s good to see that he’s adaptable enough that he isn’t just restricted to playing as a 6, 8, or a 10, as he could play on either wing too.

7/10 hopefully there’s much more to come.

Good player no doubt. The only thing Goodman was right about all night was that he tired on about 65 minutes. Not sure how the manager couldn’t see that either!

Love to see him in the middle of the park with Rigg coming on for him

I don’t know. Our most effective player before was a one footed wide player.
This one has two feet and created several openings in his first game. He can take all dead ball from anywhere.
I reckon the will score loads, create loads from out there
He’s far too good not to be playing where he is most effective

I suspect that starting him out wide was just for his debut alone, can't imagine we'll continue to see it going forward, too much of a good player there to be wasted
And the fact we don't have a fit left winger too, I agree, he wasn't put there tactically, he was helping out because we're short and he did a great job playing somewhere that he's not at his best.
Looked great
I think we'll get automatic promotion now because of this signing.
I think we might win the league.
Genuinely

I think we've dropped too many points.
Getting a natural goal scorer in will make a difference

Utterly wasted on the wing. Needs to be given free role in the middle of the pitch with instructions on give the ball to him at all times.

Not having a left winger is vile atm.
Give over man. His selection there was a good one. We had a load of quality on that pitch and were the better team against a good side because of it. If we had Mundle or Watson fit different story.

I thought he was class for 75 minutes.

He’s just a very good footballer and should have taken the second penalty. Would have made Trafford look like the turkey he is is.
I agree. After all the time wasting antics, we should have just popped the ball to another penalty taker at the last moment.Turn the table on Trafford so to speak. Give him something to think about at the last second.
It wasn't managed well by anyone.

Very good, looking forward to have the directness from the wing that Mundle and Watson offer to allow him to move into the middle, but bedding him into the league from the wing isn’t a bad thing. Would have been capped off had he took the last pen and won us the game!
