Nottinghamshire CCC - Reciprocal Arrangement

Fantastic initiative it has to be said. Interestingly not Durham, though 🤔

Perhaps we’ve still not forgiven the scabby bastards for 1983.

Notts members can gain entry at Somerset, Essex, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Hampfrica and Lancashire.

Great idea from those clubs to keep the county game alive.

Scab jokes aside, it would be interesting to know why we didn’t reciprocate - especially when we play each other home and away in the Championship before the middle of May
It does say it doesn't apply when Notts are the opposition mind

So that will be why and we were a bit quick to jump to sing their praises!

"Valid membership cards will entitle members to free entry for County Championship fixtures at Somerset, Essex, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Hampshire and Lancashire (Emirates Old Trafford only), excluding when Notts are the visitors."

Doubt many Notts members be in a rush to drive to Taunton to watch Somerset play Durham

Christ on a bike

Aye, guilty as charged of jumping in with both feet, torso and arms

Although I have to say, it would be a good idea in my view to make such an agreement

It would have to be workable and above all else profitable, but I suspect there are ways it could be made to work.

They have to pay to watch Notts. It is only free for those grounds when Notts aren't playing.

So it is pointless really.
