People (ie everyone else in my house) who can’t load a dishwasher right. It’s quite obvious where everything should go, but I have to rearrange everything every single time I open it up.

Sorry to be pedantic but it does depend. When out for a meal and people start eating before everyone has their food
I'm.convinced that's a ploy so they don't have to do againPeople (ie everyone else in my house) who can’t load a dishwasher right. It’s quite obvious where everything should go, but I have to rearrange everything every single time I open it up.

Gilly’s new log in?I’m mid forties and still can’t fathom how the washing machine works![]()
Gilly’s new log in?
Mind, the washer and drier installed in this gaff when we moved in were basic and bog standard and that’s the way I like it. Washer (top loader) you choose hot, warm or cold, regular or ‘permanent press’ (I guess that’s for less agitation) or whites (don’t know why whites deserve a program of their own. The drier (front loader) you choose the time and the temp. That’s all I need.
My late Mam used to have a washer that looked like it belonged in Mission Control at NASA but she couldn’t find in a radio to save her life. I’m sure the clothes didn’t get any cleaner with her washer than with mine it’s all just unnecessary shite features added on so they can charge more and they break easier.
Just as long as you don’t heat a can of soup by putting it unopened in a pan of water and bringing to the boil there’s still hope for you!I appear to have unintentionally whooshed you there Tex.

This is actually more of a major annoyance personally but, the f***ing piece of shit short stay car park at Newcastle Central Station and the piss poor design of it. Always ignorant or thick bastards drive in and stop to drop someone off as soon as they get in, thereby preventing the cars behind from getting in and causing them to block the main road that passes outside the station. Why can’t people use their brains and if they want to drop someone off or pick someone up, drive further into the car park so everyone can get in. Happens every time without fail.

Aldi on Thompson Road. Some lazy bastards insist on parking on non-designated spaces opposite the doors to safe a 20 yard walk. That car park has never been more than half full since the shop opened. There’s a Domino’s Pizza place and a Chinese Takeaway next door to each other in my village/town. There’s a bus stop directly outside (the type with a lay-by to enable the bus to pull off the road and traffic to flow. With BUS STOP painted on the road and double yellow lines). Yards beyond that there’s a left turning into a large supermarket car park. There’s a section of the car park - that is furthest from the store - which is adjacent to an arch and some steps that lead directly from the car park to the takeaways and bus stop. This bit of the car park is directly behind the Domino’s and the Chinese. I would say about twenty steps from the car to the front door. There are always spaces there, probably because it’s the section of the car park furthest from the store. The whole thing is arranged in such a way that it appears obviously designed that way to, enable parking and access to the takeaways and small parade of shops and a hairdresser next to them.
You’ll know where I’m going with this.
Yes, people park in the bus stop to go for a takeaway, the bus has to stop on the road, traffic is backed up, it’s often backed up to the zebra crossing further down the road.
But.
They put their hazard warning lights on so it’s all right.
