A couple of lairy moments aside that was a huge performance from him tonight. The penalty save was the turning point in the game and coming out to claim that cross towards the end was brilliantly brave keeping which took the last bit of pressure off us.

Great shot stopper could possibly question where he pushes it some of the time but he does the first part very well.

Distribution may be Sunday League standard and some of his decision making is questionable. Very lucky not to get caught on the ball tonight on his line.

Never expect him to come and burst through a crowd of players and claim corners etc which I don't like about him. Could do with being more commanding. Would like to see more of them brave takes like tonight in the last minute.

Overall your probably above average Champ goalie. These days you need to be good with your distribution/quick with your feet to be a top top goalie.

See the one lovely ball he played to Hume first half on the right to lead to to a quick counter and we got a shot off on target. We don't see that enough due to his often poor kicking what ends in the first few rows.

His passing, use of his feet and command of his box all seem to have gone backwards since David Preece left the club. He’s still an excellent shot stopper but he seemed to be much more commanding and better with his feet a couple of seasons back.

(I’m not David Preece or his Dad,Mam, Brother etc.!)

Can't believe their defender wasn't at least yellow carded for raking studs on his arm......and the ref had the audacity to book Wilson for complaining about the challenge.
Don’t think he gave a foul. It was a drop ball.

I can only think the footwork thing is a confidence issue, I mean he's got eyes. I can't think of another reason why he would dally so much.

Courageous at the end, no doubt! Distribution, like a scramble at a wedding in the 70’s!
