Decent player and goalscorer in the mid/lower part of the SPL. That said he would massively struggle at Rangers or Celtic as I don't think he the robustness to cope in the better teams and he is nowhere near good enough for a top end championship or EPL team (IMO).

Hearts played in Europe last night so don't know were your getting mid to low team just cos there having a bad year because they lost there best players and replaced them with shite

I am not saying he is a bad player and certainly not shite, but if he was that good he would be playing with a better team than Hearts (no disrespect to Hearts).

Shankland never failed he scored goals over there but they lied too him said they were going for Europe again and sold there best players

Shankland has had plenty off chances too play in England but he likes his family life in Glasgow and has never been greedy about money

If he was he would be playing in Saudi Arabia just now getting more money than any championship club would give him

I imagine I watch Hearts more than you. He was excellent last season and carried hearts to 3rd place. Unfortunately he's absolutely shite this season and simply doesn't look interested anymore

He's a great striker in Scotland, but he's limited and I don't think he'd succeed in a stronger league. I don't buy all this he wouldn't move craic, it's a short a career and he'll want to earn or play at the highest standard. If he was that good, Celtic or Rangers would already have him.

Why would you imagine such a presumptuous thing like that exactly?Hearts we're robbed last night he scored a perfectly good goal he was back to his best against a decent Dundee team he looks trim again he isn't finished his goals will keep Hearts up they'll make new signings in January and ship out there shite but it won't be Shankland unless he signs a new deal but even then his goals are priceless they just need better creative outlets to get him firing again even a bid off 1.5 million or £2 million isn't a lot even getting kicked out and losing money in Europe when they know hus goals are the matter off life and death and relagation

Anyone can score a goal if they time everything right, but not anyone can play Football. He can't play Football he is horrendous. I feel quite dirty having his name on a Sunderland AFC related message board to be fair. We're miles ahead of that

I know his family he is my cousins neighbour he grew up with my nephew we know the familly he knocked back Coventry City at Ayr United he isn't that interested in England never has been also he owns his own business too playing football is a bonus doesn't need to relocate if he signs for Rangers and Dessers joins St Eteine and Imagin ends up in EPL with Everton Fulham Bournemouth Newcastle lots off teams watching him

Aye he would be a success anywhere in a team that creates chances he is a leader a cleaver footballer that scores off both feet's and is strong in the air and his hold up and link up play has got better as he has got older and been involved with Scotland

It appears your opinion is being blinded by your relationship with his family. He's 29, and he's at his level. None of the teams you've mentioned above would even consider him, he'd struggle to get any goals from open play. He tried to jump a level and failed, and now he's back to where he's comfortable. If any team championship or above came in for him, he'd treble his current wage and your saying he'd turn that down? Have a word.

I was mentioning him joining those other teams FFS

And my relationship isn't blinded by that at all plenty off championship and EPL teams have shown interest
