Sunderland music thread

Who’s at the Fire Station on Wednesday? The Young’uns. It’s their Christmas show so I’m not sure if they’ll do only Christmas songs or if they’ll through a few of their own stuff in.
 

Quite fancy this at Pop Recs on Wednesday. Four young Sunderland bands putting on a festive show. Only really know Celadore out of these, but liked what I heard from them. Surprised it's not had more attention, mind.

It seems Pop Recs don't post on their Facebook if its something by a promoter rather than them? Same happened for Jim Jones a few months ago - but luckily someone posted about it on here.

Thanks for alerting me to that - I've got my ticket. I really like The Monday Club and Celadore intrigues me.

Might see you down there. Only heard one track by Celadore, but liked it. Don't really know the others, but can have fun finding out.

Sad news.

There's only the singer and keyboard player left in the original kill. Forget who the original lead guitarist was, he left a good few years back and his last show was (iirc) at The Three Tuns. Steve Ireland the original bassist teaches guitar now in Gateshead.
