New Zealand v England 3rd test Hamilton

Striker
Assuming all are fit we will be unchanged again.

Harry Brook had a niggle and didn't field at the end of the 2nd test but hopefully will be OK.

Lots of pressure on you here marra, me and @GordonMuchallNo1Fan have wins in this Series ;).
Potts, Ahmed, for Woakes, Atkinson

That would only leave two frontline seamers with an injury-prone Stokes having to bowl a lot of overs.

Having a think in bed last night enjoyed gowers commentary this series and the Pakistan series and always did on sky why did sky pezzle him I can't remember??

Old age. Same with Botham I think. Wanted to trade him in for a younger model.
I think with beefy wasn't he a bit more outspoken like he always was I suppose ?? But probably correct with gower weve seen it since with bumble and holding too il be gutted the day we lose athers and nasser

I wanted a thread on here before you-know-who got in first and half the board wouldnt have seen it.

Yep, well played sir. I reckon you should start the 1st Test thread for the next home Ashes Series now too just to be safe.
Sometimes younger isn't better. I mean I have nothing against Ward but he hasn't got the charisma of a Gower. The lad just oozes class.

He would definitely be my front man.

Gower has been an absolute joy to listen to this week, even if there’s been a few times I’ve thought he’s had a couple of bottles of wine for breakfast

Hahaha I'm not surprised. His passion and enthusiasm for the game comes across really well. Definitely get Richie Benaud vibes from him.

Only him and Bellingham I've heard of. Rest are olympians I'm guessing.

Cricketers always get my vote if there are any in it
You aren't aware of Luke Littler, have you been living under a rock?

Keely Hodgkinson 800m runner won gold, Alex Lee won triathlon gold, Sarah Storey is the most successful Paralympian we've had and was her 9th Paralympics.
Why Root and not Gus Atkinson?

How many cricketers have taken a five fer, ten fer, hat-trick and scored a century in their debut season?
Because he became Englands all time run scorer.

Littler shouldn't be there ahead of Humprhies. But it's not about who did the best sports thing of the year.

It's called sports personality of year. So it's really just a popularity thing.
