Forthcoming gigs.

I was at Skinny Lister in Edinburgh last night and they were outstanding.

Harry Miles-Watson & The Union were the 2nd support and they definitely had something a bit special about them too. From their Insta it looks like they are an Edinburgh based band (although all those who spoke on stage had English accents) who’ve only been around a couple of years.

Second best gig of the year last night with Prowsey’s Christmas knees up. Nasher playing ‘Power of Love’ was surprisingly good.
Onward to Skinny Lister in Nottingham tonight. Rusty Shackle are the main support and they were really good as support in Manchester.

I’ll give both of them supports a listen.

Not Setlist on Setlist fm from last nights Isn Prowse gig yet.

Real shame such a low turnout for The Chase last night at Stockton Ku, such a good band - obv a mix of the weather and decision to make it 18+ (dont understand the random nature of this venue in deciding this)
Still was a very lively night for the 30/40 that made it
Excellent as always

I'm worried itll be the same for the bug club at pop recs in the new year. Sold out at cluny a month or so back, seeing pop recs post on Facebook it's got about 10 likes and 1 comment.

Such a likeable band anarl.

Lots of pop recs stuff seems to go missing .
Need a reboot on their socials

Booked Truck festival and YNOT for next summer, back to back weekends. Can't get anyone else interested in Truck festival so will be doing it on me tod. Two good lineups and only £130ish each

Their socials are terrible, barely anything is posted, ive had to google the bands that are playing and look for links on their websites to buy tickets before, they rarely reply to messages or post set times on the rare occasions they do post about gigs. I love the venue but its hard to find out who plays there unless you're in there looking at a poster and its near the start of the month.
