In my head, O’Nien was our MoM until he went off. He showed more intent than anyone.
But I could see the point of the double substitution. It was intended to open up the left side.

When things were going well it was a case of fantastic defense and we created a few chances but with a high percentage of them scored.
It's still a very good defense but we are now too slow in transition, creating bugger all and not putting as many away.
I never thought we looked a top 2 team but of course the usual suspects started slowly so we were therefore best at the time.
They are rolling now and our PPG is now fairly poor with respect to top 2 context.

I watched the first half with the sound turned off.
I honestly thought we were excellent.
They never got a fuckin sniff, and when they got the ball we just took it off them.
Really pleased and much more confident in all of them.
End product will come.
If you can be happy with a point, then I am very happy.

But Watson had to go off. He was ineffective entirely in the second half, barely got on the ball and is an 18 year old lad who got roughed up a bit. It was the sub Le Bris got right.

Not sure I agree with this. They threw everything infront of the ball. We had has 2 shots on target but must be 8 blocks made by them they were everywhere
