According to our supervisor workday lockout is just for submitting overtime. He reckons we'll here nothing until next week on pay talks. If theres a lumper before xmas they can release that at any time instantly.
 
Already struggling to retain staff and then they’re going to completely disregard everyone’s blue sheets and give no pay rise and cut hours worked.

Great for morale…

Plus when the new car starts to get built they’ll need those extra 16hrs a month from everyone…

September launch for the new leaf is a total fail on the management , around 18 months of not
Making an electric model when we were the first company to mass produce . They go on about low volumes in the factory and it’s all down to them . Embarrassing.
