Iam not a believer of hating someone because of where they are from or which team they support but I just dont get the hype with him
Are people from North Shields not Geordies? He's not even a Geordie!
NopeAre people from North Shields not Geordies?
Everyone I've ever met would certainly describe themselves as Geordies. Are people from North Shields not Geordies?
I was at Maine Road and it was nothing like it. Yes, Liam came out in Niall Quinn’s training top but that was it.Mind, Springsteen did have his dull as dishwater drum machine period in the early 90s. I can't stand Streets of Philadelphia.
Nope. Not even the Maine Road gigs when you watch the footage back.
A very weak argumentAnd he’s not even from Newcastle
I quite like his music but I could never attend one of his concerts round here, no f***ing chance- hate having toon toon shite shoved in my face. There are Sunderland supporters who live amongst us who buy tickets and attend these Geordie Karaoke sessions as the mag tramps have competitions to out-do each other in the super Geordie stakes.
In a world where every single song ever created is a few clicks away on the internet, these people choose to follow this pretendy mag freak.
It blows my mind.

I unfollowed this north east family day out page on Facebook recently because the lass kept on posting mag stuff![]()
It weird how a few on here cling to this, yet would claim any part of County Durham as Sunderland FC territory.A very weak argument

Some people claiming he was never a Newcastle fan, he went to John Spence High, I have nephews the same age live round there who know him, he has always been a Newcastle supporter.
I am old enough to remember when a considerable number of people from Sunderland would call themselves Geordies, there is no hard and fast definition, it's just since the rise of the internet and the desperate need to seek a separate identity that this change has become a thing.
Tells me he's being poorly managed.I liked him before. He seemed humble and down to earth. Then he went all super-Jawdee and comes across as arrogant and big headed now. Shame.
