Milan Aleksic - Confirmed

It is daft that he's not had a run out off the bench yet, he'll be in a much better position when he has to start if he gets minutes in his legs before then.
We haven’t really had much opportunity because games have been tight.

I think the plan is to rack up as many points as possible using our starting XI plus Browne, then call on the rest of the squad when we need to. The ideal scenario is that when they do step in we have built a healthy cushion.

Mobray prioritized getting them minutes. It has its upsides, but it also leads to things like Ekwah hoying two pints away with a daft pen at home to Hull!

Throwing away a pen is one thing but two pints is unforgiveable. No wonder RLB didn't want him in the squad.

Aye, not one game since he joined where sticking an untested teenage attacking midfielder toward the end would have seemed at all sensible.

We were 2-0 up against Derby and absolutely cruising, we only used 4 subs and he was unused.

Strange he’s on the bench every week and not a played U21
He has played a u21. A couple of u21 games have been while he's away on international duty as well, and then a couple were close to first team games. Feel like we need a minimum 2 goal cushion and he might get on for 15 minutes. No rush really like, but the fact he's consistently been on the bench let's me know there isn't an issue with him, not like Ba or Auochiche.

Another one that’s not that good?
Just think RLB is very stubborn on the players used. Only makes about 3 subs a game, normally Browne, whichever strikers on the bench and Watson. Sometimes another defender if it’s tight. I think he could’ve came on against Derby and would like to see him come on if we’re 2/3 up tomorrow

I think this is the only issue I have with RLB so far, it's fine for now but we're putting a lot of minutes into the legs of the main 13/14 players.
