Pakistan v England 3rd Test

Terrible cricket this poor bowling and just as poor captaincy gaps allover for easy singles.

We can’t play 3 spinners as not good enough should of dropped Pope and had another seamer.

Buzzing at lunch, gutted by tea.
Very Englandish.
Rarely boring though, whenever we're doing poorly I just remind myself of how utterly boring and dreadful we were pre Stokes captaincy.
Credit to the batsmen imo. They played the situation very well.

It's turning into another football match thread again. Any acknowledgement of the opposition rather than just England are crap, playing poorly etc?

Got pointed out earlier. Pakistan batsman is trapped lbw back on the crease. Get in. Great bowling. Happens to an English batsman. Shite batting.

Need to play straight, get forward, bat time and tick over to tire out their two main spinners.
Dare i say it, the pitch has not seemed that bad today, definitely seems harder to bat in the first 30 overs of the innings
Regardless, we need a Root 100 to hold the innings together

Shakeel will change his mindset now.

He will come out on the front foot and try to score some quick runs with the tail.

Any more than 30 runs ahead and they will be firm favourites.

If we can nick them quick then I would back us to win.

Those Sky standard issue shirts have definitely been through a hot wash with Super Saaf 🤩

Don't spill your Tapal down that, Mike

So 31 lead. Firm favourites. 15 lead you back us? As its a low scorer every run counts but in that example 16 runs pushes your take on it to both extremes.
