Massive win today for Depor. 1-0 away at Sestao. Listened on the wireless.
Lucas Perez penna. 4 points clear of Barca B with 3 games to go.

Beat Barca B next satda in front of 30000 and theyre back in the 2nd. Or futbol profesional as they call it in Spain.

Lost a Champions league semi by the odd goal to Mourinhos Oporto just over 20 year ago!

Is it available on YouTube or summet?

Deportivo are definitely a bigger club than Sunderland. However there are similarities between the two clubs.

Good Syd Lowe article in The Guardian on Friday about Charlie Patiño the Arsenal academy kid who scored against us in the LC a few years back on his debut. He was a big prospectbtheir at one point.
It wasn’t happening for him at Arsenal so after a few EFL loans he signed for full time last summer for Depor where his dads family were from. His grandad and dad went back regular to watch them. They were even at the game v Valencia where Barca bunged the Valencia players 250,000 pesetas between them to try harder. Depor missed a last minute penalty which would’ve won them the title if it had gone in.
He’d been tweeting pics of him in Depor shirts and about Valerón etc since he was ten years old which has obviously gone down well with the locals. Hopefully he’ll start getting a game a bit more.

Depor struggling near the bottom of the 2nd now and Charlie cant get a game. Hope he comes good

it would . Coruñas FTM...its graffitied all oer the city. They dont like each other.

not really. they're very inconsistent this season, but you never know. They have a Chris Rigg in Yeremay.
Two biggest clubs in Galicia. It's not very surprising. Lovely part of the world mind. Spent some time in Santiago a few years back and loved it.
Watching this in a pub in Kensington. The whole pub went up when the goal was scored. Seems City are really unpopular.

1-0 GTFI. HELLUVA GOAL.
DEPOR 1 Cadiz 0 Both have identical records in mid table. A win moves em 4 places up I believe.
11th place. 6 points from playoffs with 8 to play. Won last two and drew three before that. It’s on.

I went a few years ago, they were in the third tier with a chance of play offs.

Bought online then didn't check the stadium map again, expected 10k to turn up and it was a near sell out. Unbelievable experience.
