I'm leaning towards not signing him. Would be an expensive gamble and potentially upset the team. However we are 1 injury away from not having any back up in midfield. Unless the new signings are going to feature soon.

if we are still looking good in January it might be worth the risk but it depends on how fit he is aswell. Bit pointless signing him if he's not going to play till end of Feb.

He plays the same preferred role in midfield as Jobe and I just don’t think he would add a lot more in this league.

Henderson and Leadbitter are just a bit different in standards like.

He’s be a good option to have in midfield and would be a mentor and mentor for Rigg, Jobe and Neil. Would give the club a lift during the run in if he came back although some would be justifiably turned off due to his brief Saudi stint.
