Fairly confident they’ll just do what BT did before and just take the host feed and have 2/3 in the studio at home for summarising. Considering they’ve only just ‘won’ the rights, I can’t imagine they’ll want to go over the top spending too much money flying people out there.

Got the ECB's CC schedulers on the case clearly
630am start, 830 lunch , about 915 afternoon session , tea at 1115, then close about 1pm as they won’t get 90 overs in with the light so it will probably be about 75 overs a day or less if seam is deployed a lot

Atherton is already out there for his newspaper job. I read Ward and Hussain will also be going to Pakistan but as Nasser is currently commentating on the World T20 I'm not sure how true that is.
At least we should have Gower on as part of the world commentary feed.
