With due respect to him I’m hoping Isidor, Mayenda and Connolly do the business and we only entertain signing a striker in January if they’re a substantial step up and I’m not convinced he would be. I wouldn’t be entirely averse to him signing but think we could be in a different market by then.

If he fits into our current wage budget, and keeps banging them in, then he'd be a handy option imo.

Before people pile in, I’m not saying he was of the standard of cantona but a talisman type who could have helped the young forwards and was capable of mixing it with the wind up artists in this division
