Goodbye Michael Jones

Well McKinney for Jones is a natural progression and Gay would be a plus replacement for Lees. I accept it was only the 1day stuff but I was really impressed with Scott -foot movement and straight bat throughout.
Lees captaincy in 1 dayers was one of the worst I've been witnessed

I would release/loan him to Lancs now tbh, let McKinney take his spot.

I really really hope Lees stays though. He's exactly the type of player, top quality but just not quite enough to play for England, that great county teams are built on.
Agree re Lees. McKinney will be replacing Bedders.

Modern day poetry would be wasted on some of the posters on here . Imagine reciting a classic and it’s deleted as one person thinks it’s offensive. 🤔

Helped the club through some tough times and played a major part in our promotion last year & consolidation this year. Wish him all the very best as he's done a great job for us. Good luck. A very good cricketer who I've always rated.
If you rate him he must be a decent knock

Always have rated him. I'm sad to see him go but appreciate it's his home county and chances at Durham will be limited as we have signed Gay, Rhodes and McKinney is up and coming now. I'll be keeping an eye out for how he does and hope he goes on to go well at Lancashire.
