Pakistan squad announced

Squad (for 1st Test):

Shan Masood (captain), Saud Shakeel (vice-captain), Aamir Jamal, Abdullah Shafique, Abrar Ahmed, Babar Azam, Mir Hamza, Mohammad Huraira, Mohammad Rizwan (wicket-keeper), Naseem Shah, Noman Ali, Saim Ayub, Salman Ali Agha, Sarfaraz Ahmed (wicket-keeper), and Shaheen Shah Afridi.

No mate. Looks a fascinating trip but being under armed guard (literally, to walk the streets) doesn’t sound like much of a holiday!
Somewhat surprised to hear that. I know a lad that solo travelled Pakistan twice. His latest trip was in June.

Stayed with locals both times he's visited, couldn't have been a more friendly place to him.

He's a pretty adventurous guy mind, went to Iraq and visited Saddam Hussein palace etc. He's only 30/31 got a kid now and still happily off to Pakistan on his own.

This was the second test I think. Maybe Multan. It was 100% a thing though.

The place where the first test was was meant to be ok.

Shame as we've got the champions trophy next year.

Gives concern it's not all going to be played in Pakistan and then it will end up a farcical competition.

As Indian government should not be able to dictate what the ICC decides. I'd hope in that event India are simply excluded from the competition, but that will never happen.

Josh Hull knackered. Another fast bowler they've quickly knacked up. Said this for years now but something isn't right with the England setup with fast bowlers

I'm not disputing that but hull has had injuries before and only played one game with England can't blame them on this one
Aye the bloke is 6ft 7 at 20 years old making his way into professional sport. He’s going to get injured until his body adjusts, if it ever does.
