CC : Durham v Kent

Cracking days at the LMC . Mind you Marchy was a livewire😀 Pity it finished although I think it was down to the media lass leaving quickly. Rumour was she was involved with an England player at the club 🤔 It was light hearted banter alongside the serious stuff watching the cricket, Very similar to the match treads of recent seasons . It’s amazing what experience,knowledge and history most of the posters have .

It was and I know in the early days we used to ask for the first and last fixture of the season to be away from home - seems like FTECB rarely grant us it though.

It was an ex-England cricketer that she was involved with-not one of our local England graduates. She was quite young at the the time-the player much older.

Yeah, I know the story well. If she’s a mag she can gan get knotted.

Reckon they’ll use the ODI pitch from today for the season closer.

Been coming for years. They’ve got some decent batsmen but their bowling attack has been woeful for a while and they don’t seem to want to do anything to change it bizarrely.

With that in mind we'll probably prepare them a nice green- topper as we did when Worcs came visiting with their depleted attack.....one day I'll actually get over that result.:lol:

Their batting has been shite this year to be fair. Especially in the last few games. No player has even made 900 FC runs for them up to now.
