Regis Le Bris - Backroom Staff

He's already said he didn't have a backroom team that were "his" in his previous job, and just last week he said it's similar to tranfers in that it's hard to find the right person who can come in and add something.

That won't stop people on here asking "is his backroom staff coming?" unfortunately.

Nor should it, It’s RLB decision if he’s happy with Dodds & Proctor then fine if he’s not then he should be backed to get what he wants.
As it’s very clear he’s the person that has turned our club around.

RLB has said from day one the backroom team is his call, yet he was called a yes man and worse than shite because we haven’t found anyone to come in.

If he feels we can’t recruit anyone who will add more to the coaching then I trust him and have done since day 1.

People were kicking off when Dodds and/or proctor went within a 10 yards of the technical area at the start of season, yet RLB has praised them on several occasions along with the players.

I know who’s judgement I believe.

The point I'm making is that he doesn't have a backroom staff to bring in. People are just making an assumption and running with it.

No he hasn’t he said he hasn’t taken staff with him, that doesn’t mean he doesn’t like staff he’s had before & might want to bring them here.
Put simply he’s sorted out mess out, because we were in a mess at the end of last season and let’s be honest getting a coach in, but he has turned it all around 💯
 
Dodds is not a good head coach. Or Proctor. I think we can all agree on that.

That said, they are clearly good coaches. They were there for the promotion. They were there for the playoff season after. They're here now.

We all know someone who got overpromoted outside their skillset, and turned out to be a bit shit at it. Hell, I did it. Got a promotion I didn't really want but couldn't turn down. Was awful at it. Asked for (and thankfully got) my old job back.

I thinkPeakman has been the main factor in turning the club around. Recruitment and retention in the last three years has been excellent. On the managerial appointments Neil, Mowbray and Le Bris have been astute signings. Beale was clearly a disaster!

I know mate, the point was more how on earth does he know what RLB is thinking and even if he did think the same, which I doubt, then he'd tell him to shut up if he was that bothered :lol:
