CC : Surrey v Durham

Maybe he should’ve stayed at home yesterday 🤔
Penny for Graham Clark thoughts when Ackers could have gone back to 3 and him at 6.

But then he's not had a good season, so no real arguments for me picking Gay.

Wonder how we pick our side next season when we've got 5 into 3 places with Borthwick, Lees, McKinney, Gay and Rhodes. Then the same at 4-6 in Bedders, Robinson, Ackers and Clark

If Lees stays there is only one place up for grabs as Lees opening partner between Mckinney Gay and Borthwick.
In my opinion.

lbw shout, miles high
Tom Curran falling over and using his hand to rough the pitch up, how did umpires not spot that

Not looking so good now
We need Robinson to play well because he has been poor since coming back from 16.4
I had written us off this match before a ball was bowled. I always thought we would not lose to either lans or Kent so we would be safe regardless of the result of this match

Of course we’re pleased for a young lad to be advancing in the game, but we shouldn’t be needing to be playing teenagers at all, terrible situation for us to be in for one reason or another, as I say delighted for the lad, but in the circumstances it’s not great for Durham.

agree which is why I'd go all out to get Wagner back for next season
