Who do we think will miss out? I expect no Minto or Drissell (unless extra spin required). Does Holder go straight in (presumably we wouldn’t have signed him if he didn’t).

Holder would have to go in tomorrow in my opinion otherwise what's the point in signing him.

I can't see a place for Hogg in the XI which is unlucky. It's a strong squad.
