You talking Sunderland here or worldwideBridges about 20 years ago, Henderson about 10 and Rigg now. 1 every 10 years or so.
It depends on your criteria obviously. You talking Sunderland here or worldwide
I always thought a generational talent was somebody that only came along once every while worldwide. Ala Bellingham.
Fair enough. I’d agree he’s a generational talent for us but certainly won’t be seen as one by any of the big boys for now at least. It depends on your criteria obviously.
So in the last 10 years Rigg is among the best 2 or 3 17 year olds world wide. You talking Sunderland here or worldwide

Well of course not after a few games last season (out of position, learning) and 3 games in his preferred and natural position this.Fair enough. I’d agree he’s a generational talent for us but certainly won’t be seen as one by any of the big boys for now at least.
We really aren't. This kid played for England under 17's at 15.
He should make the under 21's at 17.
He’s going to tell you he’s better than all of themOver Alex Scott, Adam Wharton, Harvery Elliot, Archie Gray and James Mcatee, he shouldnt.
Hadn't whatever the older bellingham is called played for england seniors by 16 or something ludicrous? He's a generational talent, possibly beyond both of the Bellinghams. It's hard to put a number on it but he'll leave for much less than we're happy with whatever the answer.
He's far better than Gray and Anderson IMO.Over Alex Scott, Adam Wharton, Harvery Elliot, Archie Gray and James Mcatee, he shouldnt.

I couldn't really comment on the rest as I haven't seen a lot of them. None of them are getting a regular game in The Premier League bar Anderson who's bang average.
I can only assume Gray was tired after a long season because I watched him very closely in 2 massive games for Leeds and he produced absolutely fuck all.I totally disagree, he isnt on the same level as Gray, Wharton or Elliot right now. Maybe he will get a call up at the end of the season when we have been promoted.
And to your previous point on Bellingham, he was being called a generational talent at 17 as was Kobbie Mainoo at 18. He has alot of work to get to either of those guys levels.
Bridges was pretty much 30 years ago and Henderson 15.Bridges about 20 years ago, Henderson about 10 and Rigg now. 1 every 10 years or so.
Yeah looks like he debuted at 17, hadn't realised that!Hadn't whatever the older bellingham is called played for england seniors by 16 or something ludicrous?
I only know it from a previous thread on here with people saying jobe is going to be betterYeah looks like he debuted at 17, hadn't realised that!

Know what you mean but think he's way above what they were they had the youthful exuberance, he's got that but plays like he's got 10 yrs experienceBridges about 20 years ago, Henderson about 10 and Rigg now. 1 every 10 years or so.
