I think it's fair to be somewhat critical of Speakman and more so KLD with some of our transfer business but when people say they lack ambition you've gotta look at how they manage to get the likes of Rigg, Bellingham and Ballard tied down to new deals.

Them three aren't signing longer deals if there's no ambition being shown. Rigg more so than the others, he'd have a pick of clubs bigger than us if he wanted to move on.
