He is not here and the bid if true actually emphasizes my point.
We wouldn't pay a couple of million for Moore who is proven at this level or Mendy with a good goal scoring record but we would be prepared to pay money for Cannon who we think has potential

So that would be Simic and Mendy not coming and Cannon in a bidding war with 2 other teams

Cannon had a decent goal scoring record at Preston so I’d say more about that than potential tbf.
