Jack Clarke

That we’d explicitly asked him to go?

Or just accepted the bid then it’s over to Clarke?

I can’t find his post about it
It seemed to me that this lot are tight arses and would be more inclined to wait for a transfer request so they don’t need to pay a loyalty bonus…that’s easy for me to believe. However FTG corrected me (on FTB forum)

why if the player is happy..if you are settled surely you just tell them to cool off

this whole I love being here and dont want to move bollocks..is just that

its a facade for the fans if all the the time people who represent you are trying to engineer a move away from the place you are telling everyone you love

so why should we believe clarke when he says he didnt want to leave if all the time hes trying to leave in the background?
I think you are underestimating the influence of agents in this

Verbally agreed contract but wouldn’t sign until the end of the window as was keeping options open and now he’s disappointed the club have accepted a bid? Yes the club should have held out for more but if Jack really wanted to stay he would have put pen to paper on the contract he had agreed with the club. Yes the club has gave him poor offers in the past but they are just as much to blame. I keep preying something has happend and he’s refused the move to Ipswich and 2 o’clock comes and he’s on the team sheet but I suspect we will see him holding a Ipswich scarf before then unfortunately.

FFFFUCKKKKK OFFF! We're in the Premier League. Used to be in League One with you. Remember? That team you played at the start of last season. Should've won. Didn't. Then Broady scored that deflected first and Hirsty let go a screamer for number two. Then, while your Director of Football or whatever it is was writing off a season, because he sacked that bloke with the massive mole on his fizz, the Londoner, swarthy type, double chin, looked like he enjoyed a nice cooked brekky once too often, well, where was I? Oh yeah, because he sacked him off and left his twat sidekick, the bloke who always wore that baseball cap, in charge, and your results went south quicker than a fat bird's tits after fifty, you missed the chance to compete excitingly with Leeds and Sarfampton and do last minute jammy winners. And lo, we went up, and are therefore so minted, we could keep you as our bitch and still have enough left to buy Liam Delap for fifteen massive. That Ipswich.

Hopefully he's fined a week's wage.
I think it will be coming from the club, rather than Clarke

A fine would be unfair in that situation imo

Thanks. Sorry last question - what’s FTB?

the player employs the agent? so the player instructs the agent on how to represent him?
You are right, of course. But to me, jack seems a lovely lad, but not the brightest. The kind that could be easily influenced by someone in his ear all the time. I wish footballers would tell their agents to fuck off,I really do.
