Whey that's silly isn't it, he's not being sold for a fiver relative to his 'actual' value, is he?

I'd hope you'd kept the gaff clean anyway, as I'll have it off you for nowt in two years time.

Doesn’t stop other clubs doing what??? whos caan stop a young player moving to the prem ? We have a reputation now as club where young lads can come and flourish and move onto bigger things would you want that to stop ??? It’s good for all concerned. Once you start blocking them they will stop coming in the first place
 
anyone thinking that Daniel Levy won't have factored in 'add ons' in the sell on fee is deluded he's too clever not to 'wet his beak' in them

For info I had him MOM on Sunday but I do not think he'll play for England as you suggested at first, nor go for 50 million in 2 years time .
 
The money splashed around this summer is utterly eyewatering.

And we got £15m for Clarke with about £4m of that going to Spurs :lol:

Other clubs hold on for better fees and still sign young players. You’ve just invented an absolute fantasy situation to justify the low fee. We also don’t now have the reputation you’ve made up, we’ve only sold one young player. :lol:

haway then what champiship club has held onto a young player when a premier league club is in for him ? It might of even been in his contract we can’t stop him leaving if a premier league club comes in
